Samuel Pyara, Chairman of the Implementation Minorities Rights Foundation (IMRF), was recently recognized for his contributions to minority rights and interfaith harmony during a series of meetings and events in Brampton, Canada.
During his visit, Pyara was invited by the Mayor’s Office of Brampton, where discussions centered on sports-related initiatives. In recognition of his efforts, the Mayor’s Office presented him with a certificate of recognition.
In another meeting, Pyara met with Shafqat Ali, Member of Parliament for Brampton Centre, to discuss the organization of an Interfaith Harmony Conference. MP Ali later honored Pyara with an Appreciation Award, acknowledging his contributions to fostering interfaith dialogue.
Pyara’s visit also included a meeting with Graham McGregor, Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Brampton North. McGregor presented him with a Certificate of Excellence and Appreciation. During the event, Pyara extended an invitation to McGregor to visit Pakistan.
Furthering his outreach, Pyara met with Amarjo she Sandhu, MPP for Brampton West. He invited Sandhu to visit the Kartarpur Corridor in Pakistan, highlighting the significance of the site.
Samuel Pyara’s contributions were further recognized by Sameer Zuberi, Parliamentary Secretary and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, who awarded him an Honorary Award for his service.
In addition to his meetings with Canadian officials, Pyara visited Shahbaz Bhatti Park in Brampton, Ontario, where he received an Excellence Award from International Christian Chair Peter Bhatti, acknowledging his work in promoting minority rights.
The United Christian Federation (UCF) also honored Pyara during a dinner where he served as the Guest of Honor at the Christian Leadership Conference. At this event, he was presented with an award recognizing his outstanding services.
The Canadian Christian Association (CCA) held a separate dinner in Pyara’s honor. During the event, he was awarded a Special æ and his team, and renowned scholar Dr. Jamil Nasir also presented him with an award. The Church of Pentecost marked the occasion by celebrating Pyara’s birthday.
